In this podcast the reader discussed how babies learn and communicate. They used a lot of music and background music to captivate their audience and make it so it wasn’t just voices that the listener hears. They also played a lot of baby talk to explain how the babies communicate. They added a quote from a woman but she read the quote which provided a new voice in the podcast. The background music was varied and changed every few minutes and added to the variety of noise. They also added in the interview style and interviewed a woman that worked at a daycare and experienced how babies and toddlers communicate. A Beauty and the Beast song was added in which was cool to listen to because I knew the words and made the podcast more interesting.
Nice work identifying the different ways that music was used in this podcast, Sam. Since this podcast is a half hour long, the audio variation is an important tool to keep the listener engaged.
